What if I'm not satisfied with the completed project?
At Author Growth Network, we take project completion and client satisfaction seriously. If you feel your project is incomplete or does not meet the agreed expectations, please contact your dedicated project lead as soon as possible and provide specific feedback. We will carefully review the project scope, deliverables, and timelines outlined in your agreement and create a clear action plan, including revisions, additional iterations within the agreed scope, or a completion schedule, to resolve the issue. If, after our review and reasonable efforts to address your concerns, you remain dissatisfied, we will conduct a thorough investigation of the project, including all communications, agreed deliverables, and completed work. If our investigation determines that we have not fulfilled our contractual obligations or failed to deliver the agreed services, you will be eligible for an appropriate refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Our goal is to ensure every client receives fair treatment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accountability.
